The trail is a segment, and does not have its own trailhead. It is picked up at the junction of the Border Line, Staunton Ranch, and Marmot Passage Trails. It can also be picked up from the other end of Marmot Passage Trail at Elk Falls Pond. From here, it provides access to Lion's Back Trail.Permitted uses: hike, mountain bike, horseback
