The cuisine is focused on products which are, whenever possible, organically grown. Helena Rizzo and Daniel Redondo propose and prepare a contemporary cuisine which stems from memories and everyday life. Instance to this are the Catch of the day cooked with Tucupi with banana and Mani´s manioc flour and Mock peach palm and pumpkin Tortelli and Crispy Lapsang Souchong Roast beef.
