Gear Spotlight: Helly Hansen Spectrum Jacket

Xploritall got a sneak peak at the latest and greatest snowsports gear unveiled at the SIA Snow Show in Denver. We will be posting Gear Spotlights on some of the best products we saw. Most won't be released until Fall 2014.
Helly Hansen revealed their Spectrum Jacket, suited to perform in any condition on or off piste. This great looking jacket has the look of a Helly technical jacket and is fully loaded with techy features for those that are serious about their fun. 2 ply Helly Tech® Professional fabrics provide two-way stretch to allow for comfort and movement. It is fully seam sealed and treated with Durable Water Repellency (DWR) for maximum waterproof and windproof protection while still maintaining breathability. It has laser-cut ventilation and H2Flow™ mechanical venting to keep you comfortable and dry. Fully insulated with PrimaLoft Black Hi-Loft - 100 gram in the body and 80 gram in the arms. A RECCO® Advanced Rescue System sensor is embedded in the material for avalanche safety. A removable and adjustable helmet-compatible hood, removable powder skirt, wrist gaitersm and articulated arms and elbows allow you to adjust and dial in for comfort. The Spectrum Jacket will be released in Fall 2014, and will retail for $450
