The new Kodiak portable power bank from Outdoor Tech might be one of those must-have items for your next trip or outdoor adventure. It is essentially a rechargeable 6000 mA lithium-ion battery that can charge up your tablet, smart phone, action camera, GPS, headlamp - basically, anything that will connect via a USB cable. The Kodiak stores enough remote juice to recharge a smartphone 3 times. A 4 light battery level indicator quickly lets you see how much power you have left. True to its name, the Kodiak is rugged and waterproof, and can withstand being 3 feet under water up to 30 minutes. And best of all, it is tiny and light enough not to be a burden even for an ultralight expedition.
